1. Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date to avoid additional charges.

 

2. Early returns are allowed, but no refunds are provided for unused rental days unless otherwise approved.

 

3. All items must be returned clean and in good working condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

 

4. Returned tools will be inspected, and any damage, missing parts, or excessive dirt will result in additional fees.

 

5. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations may incur a fee.

 

6. Non-returned equipment will be considered lost and may result in full replacement charges and possible legal action.
