1. Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery within Bulacan, Philippines. For locations outside our service area, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Delivery Timeframes:
Rental tools are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, depending on availability and location. Same-day or express delivery may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

3. Delivery Fees:
Delivery and pickup charges vary based on location and tool type. Fees will be calculated and presented at checkout or quoted during order confirmation.

4. Delivery Conditions:
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and sign for the equipment. If no one is available, redelivery fees may apply.

5. Pickup and Returns:
At the end of the rental period, we will arrange pickup at the scheduled time and location. Please ensure tools are clean and ready for return. Additional charges may apply for late returns or damages.
