1. By renting from Rent-a-tool, you agree to use all equipment responsibly and only for its intended construction or industrial purposes.

 

2. Rental charges must be paid in full before equipment is released; payments are accepted via Paypal, Cash on Delivery, or Pick-up.

 

3. Customers are responsible for the care, proper use, and storage of rented equipment throughout the rental period.

 

4. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period will be billed to the customer.

 

5. Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date; additional days will incur extra charges.

 

6. Rent-a-tool reserves the right to decline service to any customer suspected of misusing equipment or violating company policies.

 

7. The customer agrees not to sub-rent or lend the equipment to another party.

 

8. In case of mechanical failure during use, Rent-a-tool must be notified immediately; unauthorized repairs are not allowed.

 

9. All disputes will be handled under local laws and may be subject to legal resolution if necessary.
